Matthew Le Dilly

Director / Clinical Audiologist

BMus, MAudSt, MAudSA (CCP)

Matthew was born and raised in Toowoomba, being one of six siblings. He now has a wife and two children of his own. As a keen musician, he moved to Brisbane after high school to complete a Bachelor of Music at QUT, majoring in saxophone. It was during this time that Matthew first discovered the field of audiology. His enjoyment of music sparked an interest in helping others to hear better so they too could better experience and enjoy everyday sounds and conversation. Matthew enrolled in a Master of Audiology degree at the University of Queensland in 2003 and has practised as an audiologist since graduating. He has a strong background in both rehabilitative and diagnostic settings, having spent time as a clinical supervisor and mentor for junior staff. While Matthew is comfortable in working with all age groups, he has a keen interest in maximising hearing aid outcomes for the older population who can often be overwhelmed by technology.
